This Is Nicky

Nicky Saunders is a creator strategist, AI educator, and the founder of Lions Behavior, a creator wellness ecosystem helping introverts and ambiverts build global brands by staying true to who they are.

Her core belief is simple: without content, you don’t have a brand, and AI is the tool that makes creating it sustainable on the creative side, the business side, and the personal side.

After nine years in the U.S. Navy as an IT specialist, Nicky found her lane in digital media, serving as the head of media and online branding for motivational icon Eric Thomas, where she helped grow his social platforms to over 2.4 million followers. That foundation led to what she builds today: teaching creators how to use AI as their assistant to show up authentically and consistently in a world that demands both.

Nicky has worked with and collaborated alongside leading AI companies including OpenAI, Meta, Google, and HeyGen, and serves on the Board of Advisors for ESPAT TV. Through Lions Behavior, she’s closing the biggest gap in the creator economy: helping people figure out how to actually create in a social media world where AI changes everything.
